There was a similarly titled troll thread on the chess.com forum a couple days ago. I'm guessing the users who posted them are one and the same person.

Either way, I believe that lichess is the place to troll.
Chess.com is very strict with user behaviour. A single link on the site will be deleted. Posts of puzzle solutions will also be deleted. Even anime trolls! (I hate them too)
On lichess, you can falsely allege someone of cheating on stream without any consequences. Here is the place to troll.
