how long should you take when solving tactical puzzles

@hanishburger1st it depends on complicity of chess puzzle and on your experience. There is no time limit for it, I guess.
I liked how some guy made 2000 elo with a good functional training regimen. It might be for you.

But for the start choose only 3-8 puzzle per day.

Until I am 99% sure I have solved it correctly. Sometimes it takes a while and I need a break. So I take that break and come back. Really though when you are starting out take as long as you need.
