The only one I've (knowingly) seen was Hitler's Brain.

Not only did I see the thing--I gave it a 70 (and even reviewed it!):

"OK, it starts out with a pissed-off lesbian in a VW and some Joe Namath lookalike being followed by the Blues Brothers...but forget about that tacked-on several-years-later crap. My score goes to the South America footage (circa 1963), which is very droll, skillful and witty indeed (the Hitler head smirking at the latest sacrifice for freedom is worth the price of admission by itself)."
