It features compelling alien civilizations, and discusses the evils of greed. It shows people at their best (trying to help others) and worst (trying to exploit the weak). A star cast... I love to watch James Cameron's films because there is a very graphic side and very advanced from a visual point of view, it's not just special effects and beautiful sets, but it's art that speak.
honestly, apart from Titanic which is really a mainstream film, I find that there are always quite profound philosophical or social ideas.
I'm going to watch this film, but I suspect that Zack Snyder was definitely inspired by it for Rebel Moon, even the design of certain ships
