When Stockfish 16 choose the obvious worst move as the best to play

Hello,
I made a screenshot, but i m not sure i can attach it to this post. So i ll describe it.
In this position : "r1b2rk1/1p2qppp/2pbpn2/p7/2PP3Q/1P3N2/PB2BPPP/R4RK1 b - - 0 1", Stockfish 16 7MB played Nd5 as the top move and an evaluation of +0.8, followed by Ne8 with +0.9. But Nd5 gives a piece and my local engine confirms it.

I retried to analyse the position today. Although, it's no longer the top move, it's still not a full piece down (+1.0)
(The settings are set by default)

What do you think about it ?

@Soragan depth and engine type is a big factor
at low depths eval change alot
with different types of engines
it can also change anything could be different
