My opponent timed out and it was recorded as my loss

Hi,

I was waiting for my opponent to move and their clock timed out. However, it was recorded as me timing out, and when I looked at the game I could see that my opponent had moved.
I watched HIS clock going down though, not mine and never saw his last move.
Can I get my points back at least?
