why are there suddenly so much people that had violated the lichess term of service?

I have been playing rapid recently. A lot of people had their account marked with this account had violated the term of service of lichess. I wonder why? Are they all cheaters in chessgames?

Just because you run into a lot of people who've violated the TOS, doesn't mean that there are a lot of those people.

Yeah you violated the TOS.
If you have violated the TOS, you might not know.
If you play a person who is marked, you better check wih your friends wether your violated
