Does anyone have a quick cure for blunderitis

I had a rating goal I wanted to hit by New Year but I'm mentally tired and hazy and playing like absolute crap. Too much blitz...

Can I do anything to defrag my brain?

There is no "blunderitis" as a phenomenon, but a group of different errors under the common name. Cure each of them.

Thanks I'm now mentally fried even worse trying to read this
I play long games, and to help me stop blundering i write every move down so I take time to think. It works quite well for me

Respectfully disagree. Sometimes I'm just mentally tired and forgetful and can't stop making moronic blunders.

I know everyone blunders but making zonking big one movers in which I hang my queen and rooks is not like me.

I think it may come from the fact that I sometimes switch from thinking about specifics to snap-reacting on raw intuition which I am working on fixing right now by doing some tactics.

Someone is Magnus and someone is me.

Dude, there is a whole science of errors in mathematics and theory of information. They all differ.
Red bull, a few lattes, a hot shower. Or if you really want to cure blunderitis for good, pepper spray yourself every time you blunder. That will train your mind to obey.
