analysis for my games

Hello there....I am currently on 1650 and 12 yrs. Anyone who would analyze my mistakes in my account AMARABELLANASHIPAE20. I feel like I usually lose in the end game. I do play the accelerated dragon. Any tips or material on it would really help. Thank you all.
Hi @AMARABELLANASHIPAE20 , there's a lot but one possible next step could be to understand, that you should not play "schematic moves".

In the following example you play your beloved white-standard-setup with e4 and d3, but your opponent would have let you take the whole center by playing 4.d4!

You instead play your standard-move 4.d3 and the game goes on equally instead of taking the edge. Typically those missed opportunities add up and suddenly you stumble into a worse position or you let your opponent off the hook.

Fighting for the center is essential in chess. If you miss this, you'll be playing like always standing on the breaks.
A strong center can also be advantageous in the endgame. In your dragon setup you often try to exchange your sidepawn for an opponent's center pawn - setting up the typical sicilian long-term advantage of 2 center pawns for the endgame already in the opening.

So, try to think a bit longer and work on spotting (advantageous) opportunities, where your opponent didn't play the most challengeing moves against you.

Good luck on your lifelong chess journey!
Hey friend , it would be beneficial in my opinion to link and post particular games that you want folks here to analyse.
Climbing rating in chess is not a easy thing and takes a lot of effort. It helps to learn openings , study strategies for particular pawn structures , but most of all be tactically aware of the resources you have available. You seem to overlook certain tactical resources quite often:

For instance after opponents 27) Bxf3 you had a crazy resource Rxg7+ which is evaluated like +30 by engine (might even be a forced mate in some crazy amount of moves.). I wont post concrete lines after the move but you should engine check some possibilities for instance if Kxg7 theres a forced mate.

But much more SIMPLE tactical resources than that often arise in games and even in that particular game you had a EASY chance after your opponent's 37).Qf1+ to which you should simply respond Ng1!! Covering both Qf3+ and Qh3+
and its a forced mate in 3 which can only be delayed by some spike checks for instance Qg2+ Kxg2 f3+ Kf2 g6 Qg7# .
That was a CLINICAL and relatively easy to calculate resource that would of won you the game on the spot:

I would recommend doing game analysis for all your games since its free on lichess and seeing simple tactical resources you've missed since there might be countless more (at the level of 1600 they are virtually always present) and even folks 1800 or 1900+ have very often simple resources in their game that turn the game around.

BY THE WAY:
I mean holly heck friend when your opponent played 45).Qh3+ just blatantly hanging his queen instead of taking it you played Ke1??? hanging your queen.. There is NO WAY to progress in the rating ladder making blunders like this and you should look to eliminate silly blunders from your game if you were to improve. By the way you still had 6:37 on your clock at the time of the move so no real time pressure at all.
Thank you derkleineJo for your insights into my games. I really appreciate. I didn't realize that I started off making mistakes right in the opening. I'll study what you pointed out and try implement. But very helpful!!!

Did you realise of the simple tactical resources I pointed out?
Thank you naughtystank, I actually don't know how to link games. But I should learn and will do that. Thank for your analysis. Yes, blunders like the one you pointed should just never be there. I will go over what you have pointed today and understand it properly.

Just paste the URL of your game in the post and that will link it here as a board.
Naghtystank, I haven't yet understood properly but will do that in next few hours. Once i do I'll apply it in an actual game. Many thanks for your help.

> Darkleleinejo, this is what I should have done taking full control of the centre. lichess.org/editor/rn1qkbnr/pbpp1ppp/1p2p3/8/3PP3/2N2N2/PPP2PPP/R1BQKB1R_w_KQkq_-_0_1?color=white
rn1qkbnr/pbpp1ppp/1p2p3/8/3PP3/2N2N2/PPP2PPP/R1BQKB1R b KQkq - 0 4 is what was suggested to play but it doesn't lead to any kind of dramatic advantage to you , yes it is though for the sake of argument the best move to play but your center will be undermined at some point probably with c5 or d5 for example (after d4) Bb4 Bd3 Nd2 and c5: lichess.org/editor/rn1qk2r/pb1p1ppp/1p2pn2/2p5/1b1PP3/2NB4/PPPN1PPP/R1BQK2R%20w%20KQkq%20-%200%207 0 7 and a relatively balanced game of chess to be played from there not leading to any great advantage for white..
Pal the practical problems in your game aren't really about build or controlling the center but rather overseeing tactical shots and resources as far as I am concerned.
