Found it! You just have to keep forcing black to play Rc1 and Rc2. The trick is finding a way to have the rook on c2 stuck so that black has to move some of the pawns, which each time takes a while!

I played a 15-sec game against someone on here (anon, so I don't have a link) the other day and they checkmated me with more than 14 seconds remaining on their clock. Makes you feel a bit daft :)

Wow. I'm meant to be writing school reports but 30 minutes just went by in the blink of an eye. Really interesting the way different squares are weak and how they're exploited as such.
