puzzle streak "broken"?

last night, i was playing puzzle streak, solved the 8th puzzle. instead of jumping to the next as it normally did, i saw CONTINUE TRAINING *and* a green selected option to JUMP TO NEXT PUZZLE IMMEDIATELY on the screen. clicking on CONTINUE did nothing. refreshing the screen gave me the puzzle again, same result. pretty sure i also deselected and reselected the JUMP option, too.

fast forward to today. same problem. i don't think i need to do this puzzle again, given i've now solved it maybe 10 times in a row... i have a screenshot of the spot i can't get past (including the puzzle # (7f14Q) if that helps. i'd really like to get beyond puzzle either, but unsure how...

Experiencing the same issue here since yesterday. Happened once before but eventually fixed itself but the issue happened again and been broken ever since.

edit: Unfortunately the only way to do Puzzle Streaks when this happens is to intentionally fail the puzzle and start a new streak.
