Gotta say, the Blitz on here is reminding me of the Chess.com Blitz. I quit the Blitz there because of a lot of players seemed to play in a very "mechanical" way. And those same kind of players seem to be on here too now. Just dont enjoy playing them. Just got beat by an "1800 ish" player who seemed to have 97% accuracy using the Dutch defence against the London. Hmm....
I am happy to lose against a player who is trying their best and outwits me or plays a clever sacrifice. But it just isnt fun when I do the post game analysis and all their moves were perfect.

> @CHRIS_ZIFO you mean your game against "VDAWG1002"? You had a fairly huge blunder by hanging your knight. It gave him easy play.

I guess you are right.
Still, over 20 moves just 1 single inaccuracy. On a very unusual opening.
I'm a worse player than you but if my opponent plays inaccurate I can have a >90% accuracy too. The Lichess accuracy is not equivalent with Stockfish's accuracy.
Me too, I used to be 2050~, now I'm beneath 2000... idk...

Ahhh... so THAT is the way to beat the London.

My guess is, because of this whole 'Hans' thing, chess.com is now considered a haven for crooks (always has been, now it's more obvious) so the good guys of chess.com are coming in here, so the chess.com cheaters has to play against each other, so they come here too. I've never seen So many new users here before - Lots of my games are against provisionals.

Well, maybe it's time to get back to chess.com now that all the crooks are in here...

Look at this game for instance (opponent blundered his queen but still got 83% accuracy):

I dont know. All I know is Lichess give you unlimited post game analysis for free, and chess.com make you pay! The chess.com Blitz really is a joke. There are some weird guys on there who dont play openings but are as accurate as a machine- they could just be geniuses who never bothered learning an opening, who knows. I can never work out how people play bullet either, haha.

As for the London (which I use recently, after giving up on Kings gambit), well there is one line I hate to play against. It is Nf6 and then c5. Its a real pain!

I guess so. But I have played so many games online (I reckon 15,000 -20,000 lol) and I can just get a sense when I am playing a strange. But then again, I blundered a knight so maybe I am full of BS
