Title can be achieved by winning all rated swiss tourneys which an individual has participated in , alternatively getting 24 norms , or 3SuperNorms ( SuperNorms will be discussed bellow )

The other titles are defined by the norms.
Getting first in a tourney gets 4 norms , second in a tourney gives two norms , third gives one norm , fourth gives half a norm.

If you're performance is higher than your rating and the average rating of the people you played, you get an extra two norms. , One norm boosts are only possible as a boost to the two norms , however , you can receive a half of a norm by outperforming your original seed ( rating )

SUPERNORMS: These are exceptionally rare , thus can give an individual more norms than any other Norm. Firstly , you must win a tournament , giving you four norms. Then , you must've had a performance rating higher than your own , and a performance rating higher than your average opponent's rating. This gives you two norms. Now , you may get a NSSSN which is where you outperform your original rating performance ( If a random user had once of those norms and 6 and a half Norms in rapid, there title would be: RNSSSN1N6H1@THISisaRandomexamplelol
