You lost a pawn with 19...b6 after 23 seconds thought.
Why? What were you thinking?
You failed to win your pawn back with 24...Rxb4 or 25...Bxf3 intending 26... Rxb4, playing mistakes in 8 seconds and 2 seconds. Obviously you did not give those moves much thought.
The pawn became a Queen and that was it.
This is 10 minutes classical.
By the time your position was hopeless you had 8 minutes left.
Then you started thinking, but it was too late.
Play the early game slower.
Yeah I agree with tpr, take the time that you're given. Once you were out of the opening, it seemed like you were playing aimlessly. 18...Bd7 seems entirely pointless, and 19...b6 a blunder.

You have the bishop pair, so you are correct in wanting to open up the position. I would have done so by playing 18...f5
