Hello,
I was just going through & solving puzzles when I came across a puzzle which has 2 winning moves but only 1 considered to be correct. Which should be ok as the puzzles ask us to find the BEST move in any position.
But, is it really right to say that the 2nd best move, which is also winning, is wrong? Why not make both the moves considered to be correct? Since both the moves are winning!
In the puzzle: lichess.org/training/8Tq2y
On the second move of the puzzle, exf6 is considered wrong and Kh5 considered right even tho they both are winning, giving us an advantage of +2.5 & +4.5 respectively...
While solving the puzzle, I had considered exf6 first and realized that it is winning and I made that move, which is not the best but also isnt wrong.
Thus again, is it really right to say that the 2nd best move, which is also winning, is wrong? And why not consider them both correct?
