Hey, guys. One friend of mine has opened 2 Accounts. He says 1 is normal and 1 is kid account. Is it actually legal?
Well, I have main account (@Lasker5), and another official team account. So I have two, but I didn't use it for cheating or advertising.
Sure like public / anonymous.

But if he gave that acc to his friend I dont think it is wrong
Two accounts are legal if you are keeping another for a reason.
Such as if you play casual in one account.
And rated in the other account.
Or another reason: You practice in one account, and then you challenge yourself in another account.
But 9-10 accounts are not legal. Because you are keeping them for no reason.
Welcome if this helps you. :)

Read the Terms of Service > Fair Play Violations >Multiple Accounts. More than 3 is generally against the TOS.
