am i in the twilight zone?

i don't think i'm crazy. is it normal to be 1550 rated and have this as a typical game:



i have never - that i recall - had an opponent blunder badly in the first 30-40 moves - i used to be higher rated, i feel like i'm in the twilight zone

depend's upon you , you're game-play , and up to on you're personal behaviour against each person .

i think higher rated players assume i'm cheating and low rated players can't tell. i'll try to play naroditsky maybe

You are also trying to be fancy and do unnecessary sacrifice’s.
These unnecessary sacrifice don’t help you win because you are already Winning.

All these sacrifices do is help your opponent Change the course of the game into their favor.
Your trying to show off, but your doing it in the wrong way.

The game of chess is very complex!

However, sometimes, chess can be very simple!
Don’t make chess harder than it needs to be.

Not every chess game desires to be on a highlight real.
Tal is one of the greatest attackers of all time.
Tal played hundreds of thousands of games.

Not all of them are called immortal.
Sometimes, the game is simple.

You just got to win it and move on to next stepping stone.
The next stepping stone brings you that much closer to your immortal game!

i do need some tips on habits so thanks, but i think you missed that my opponents are bots. They aren't human. My rating has been 1500 for 3 years, was 2100 on another account and my opponents blunder once per game maximum. I can't play basic chess, look at my games (not in depth, just glance - obviously not human opponents)

i appreciate the spirit of you comment, it's well thought out and i'll read through it and genuinely try to keep habits in mind
