I dont understand this puzzle

lichess.org/training/61137
When whites bishop goes to c3, why does the queen not escape to for example c5 or b6?
Im frustrated more about not being able to see it than having lost the puzzle.
Guidance please!
If Qc5, white plays b4 and black has no way to defend the bishop on d6. If the queen goes to b6, Rxd6 wins.
I don't know why. Sometimes Lichess acts weird like that, so there you have it.
But it seems like not something you would normally do, sac a queen to save a bishop?
If his queen moved to c5 then pawn b4, then his queen is trapped
If his queen moved to b6 then the opponent will get a free bishop
