I cannot seem to scroll down the page with my mouse or touchpad within a study.
I don't mean to go through moves, I mean to scroll down so that I can select annotation options (!, !?, ??, etc.)
When I refresh, that temporarily fixes the issue for a few minutes.

I've been experiencing this issue too. I can't tell what causes it, it just happens randomly, but it also happens when using the website on my phone. Just the same, when I refresh it goes away.
It happens to me too, especially after renaming chapters
Will be fixed after the next restart.
It happened to me yesterday on tournament, studies, and blog. No prob on the main page.
I'm having the same problem it seems like studies are very slow in general rn

You can just reload for now to resolve the issue. However this bug has been fixed on the codebase and will take effect on the next server restart

Note: lichess was restarted today, check if you no longer have this error
