It would be very helpful if a user could assign different rating ranges for every chess variant,not a single one for all of them.

For example, i am not very good at chess(1200) but i get managed to learn antichess (1900+) and also interested in playing atomic(1600). So i want to play with my level players (+- 200)and not be overwhelmed with all game request when i set range (1000-2000)

When you start a game in the lobby, you can set a rating range. Click "Create a Game," set the variant, and right above where you select what color you want to be, there's a bar to slide back and forth to set a rating range for that game.

Yes, but OP's point is that a single absolute range is not suitable if you're not equally strong in all variants and it's annoying to have to keep adjusting it.
