If you read carefully, I never apologised for the content of the post because it is exactly what I wanted to post. You misread and misconstrue it and try to turn it into something else which is not.

PS: Irony is people proving the last paragraph in #9 right, and still missing it.

My first posts, the ones you argue with and had irony (#6 and #8), were written before your explanation. How can I misread something that does not exist?
I find this situation hilarious but we should probably let the thread die, lichess forums are not of the highest quality and this pointless discussion doesn't really help.

You keep insisting as if I'm apologizing for my post being imperfect or whatever, in spite of clarifying everything in #9. You did not misread the original post, but what I had mentioned in #9, since you kept repeating yourself in #11, and what I had once again clarified in #14. (which you're again either doing on purpose or god knows what)

If you call #6 and #8 irony then it looks like you and I have very different definitions of what's irony and what's not.

Yes, a pointless discussion which has nothing got to do with the title or content of my original post. People keep missing the main point and focus on everything else. That's what's hilarious.

No I was clarifying my initial reaction in #11, that is why your #9 came too late!
And I already explained where the irony is, it's only in this sentence "How do you even dare to write a post without it being perfect?".

Also I used the "perfect" word on purpose to remain vague because I found it weird to apologize that's it. And a post not belonging to a forum IS an imperfect post.

"Playing standard and studying theory is a time investment" I would guess that if you improve significantly in those variants, especially 3-check you would probably get better at standard cause you'll improve your calculation abilities.

It would be an interesting experiment, personally I was on the other side and with 2k in standard I could get my 3-check to 1700 without too much effort.
