Lichess APP Tuco Salamanca Bug??

Hi, i was playing offline yesterday at the app of lichess and this happened:

The queens situation would continue indefinitely... i believe it would be a draw because of 3 repetitions, or is it some bug? I'm not so experienced in the game, and i believe computer could think on other options in this case...

after 3-fold repetition, if you wanna draw, you must claim the draw, otherwise the game continues

same with 50-move rule; if no pawn moves or captures happened and you want the draw, you have to claim the draw

I think there is not that option in the app (offline vs computer)
