Id really like to have completely free time settings. Instead of 30s+0 as minimum in a private game, down to 1s +0, and for open tourneys a higher increment than just +2s.
But a Premove Variant without having the full information on what was the last move would be great too. I think theres another variation where you have even less and dont know what your opponent moved unless you try doing sth. impossible to check. - A mediator normally needed which could be the computer. But surely tons of other great or freaky variants around ;) (edit: "Kriegsspiel" - War Game seems to be the name)

Yes! One of my favourite things about lichess is there are so many variants so you don't have to spend as much time playing boring old chess
