Which Opening do you think is better? French or Karo-Kann?
french people are always better than people of sally jahn.
Caro-Kann is an improved French imo.
It's hard to say which opening is better as we know both are leading into equality by perfect play.
They are both good, positions from the French can be a bit more interesting compared to the Caro Kann.
The french is pressing d4 2 tempi before the caro Advance where generally white doesn't care about d4 because of their lead in development if black push their c pawn 14 times. Also the bad bishop in the french is eventually a not so bad king defender.
I think french es more difficult to play for white. Against Caro-Kann white can choose Panov-Botwinnik, a position that can also arise from other openings like the c3-sicilian. If white studies this well this is a good weapon he can choose not only against caro-kann.
Against scandinavian with Sf6 also white could reach Panov-Botwinnik rather easy. Could be a time saver and an opening where white can hope having much practice to play...
If i would try to play e4 with white (which is possible, but not likely to happen), i think i would try Panov-Botwinnik.

The Caro (i'm a fundamentalist)
Both are good openings. Caro is more solid (most of the time), as the French can be more aggressive. Dynamic is the word I am looking for there.
Neither. I play the Ruy López (or the Petrov's, at times).
