what happens if you put a fide rating without playing fide tournaments?

one day I was wondering: what happens if you put a fide rating in your profile without playing a single fide tournaments?

The same thing that happens when you cheat at solitaire.

Nobody expects the Lichess police at their door. And I mean your actual door. I'm not saying they'll definitely come. But I'm also not saying you definitely have a door.

I assure you this is not an original idea. But please, it's just not worth it — even if you play Atomic.

This is almost as bad as cheating when you play tic-tac-toe against yourself.

I've seen players who filled the fide rating field with a cool number like 3000. They're only fooling themselves.

It's absolutely awful when people put a fake rating in their profile, their accounts should be banned immediately. No excuses!
