it is +2 hours from Greenwich time
also hey we got a tournament I can play in without losing sleep :)
also one Question
will the tournament be like a normal 10+5 swiss tournament without castling or will it be proctored or something?

On the official page (or here on the lichess blog I don't remember) it says that it will be supervised, there will be an anti-cheat app and in the final round a preliminary meeting with the referee via zoom.
Obvious that you cannot castle, the rest is with the official rules of chess, there will also be a time of 2 minutes between games. Swiss round? yes, it will be swiss round.
