Following the ultimatum set out in #211, and taking into account #263 and #287, you were the winner by default anyway.

The term 'status update' in this context is satisfied by evidence of a player's attempting to schedule a match. Ideally, the first player to check the Challonge ought to contact the opponent suggesting three times s/he is available to play the match.
