Play button not working on new windows 10 laptop

Does anyone else have this happen? I can't use the play button once I'm done doing something else. For example, from the Forum, I'll have to right click, open in new tab. I've rebooted, tried different browsers, but the inability to play in the same tab continues. I have a desktop also with Windows 10 and it's no problem there. (This laptop also has a touchscreen in case that could be relevant.) Please answer if you've had this problem even if you don't know how to fix it.

Do you mean the first menu-item which has the word "Play"? If you hover it "create a game" should still work i hope?
