Bughouse on Lichess

Interesting thoughts, although I am in favor of not compromise on the "dark" manifestations of players. Lack of ratings won't change anything. It's just important to ignore that a certain percentage of people are going too crazy.

There's also the low hanging fruit here! chess.con is simply completely unmoderated. That means that a few toxic players can drive out all others. It's astounding how many times you can get insulted during a bughouse game and zero action is taken.

I thought that was what visualdennis was doing. One day he showed me some amazing puzzles.

If bug ever appears on pychess will there be an option to analyse and play against the engine?

I played against a good and fast engine that was created back in 2004. It has a very outdated design of course, but it's probably the only engine that can play from the ones I've seen.

I am also aware of the work of someone trying to create a bughouse engine.

He created lots of crazyhouse puzzles from lichess/pychess games. All will be available when daily puzzle feature will be finalized on pychess (in the near future I hope).

Regarding bug, Fairy-Stockfish is already able to play it, so it will be available as AI partner/opponent I think.
