you could make Berserked mean half the time for 3 point
and Hyper Berserked could mean quarter the time for 4 point
there is another thing ...
if one activate the Berserked or Hyper Berserked and the opponent does not activate neither and even thought, win the game , he\she should get the 3 or 4 point

The opponent shouldn't get more points for beating a beserked player; the trade-off of berserk is "I have dramatically reduced my time, but I might get more points".
There is no reason that the opponent should get even more points for beating somebody with only 15 seconds on the clock.

Mah you need to take into account that sometimes pairing system is not fait. Therefore, some 2300 player can win a blitz game against 1300 player with a billonth berserk and gain a lot of points, while his fellow 2400 rated player might get a strong player and loose any chance to win a tournament. Also fast-moving players would benefit while it wouldnt suit better but slower-moving players. A part from that, berserking is hurming lichess rating system, because some players who risk more in tournaments become underrated while other get overrated. Therefore, I think 1 berserk is more than enough.
Once I watched a video of KingCrusher participating in classical tournament. He berserked every game, spent 1 second for every move and the most of his comments during the play were: "Who are these people? Why I never saw them in bullet? Why do they think so long??? Probably they are cheaters!". Do not know, maybe he even won that tournament due to the large number of so-so games he played... Do you want to make long-time tournaments even more disgusting?

It messes with the 100 berserk score. It annoys me as well.
It does not. Even if they don't get the extra point, the game is still registered as berserked, and counts for the percentage.
What is the 100 berserk score?
I think a Monthly 1minute hyper berserk tournament would be a great idea! I wouldn't compete due to my ping rate but it would be fun to watch and see what Lance, Eric, and Andrew could do in it. 9/10 imo
