In the first day of doing coordinate training I had 21 with white and 18 with black. After two weeks of training I arrived at 35 with white and 35 with black (white avg. = 29.50 and black avg. = 29.75). If you keep at doing it you'll surely get fast results.
Just did both colors once. 29 with white, 26 with black.
