I've been winning many rated games but yet i still can not join any tournaments !!!

I meet the entry requirements for the particular tournaments but when I click on the Join button, the loading knight logo keeps on animating and after 5-10 minutes, I get the same Join button. I have been facing this issue since a week now and I am unable to join any tournaments, but i am able to play all types of games

it does (and you also know why). You see on the appeal page, or when you log out.

you're not. You only get other banned players and your ratings are permanently frozen.
