If it was bullet or blitz no but in a rapid or classical game I'd be a bit infuriated since I want to try and improve my chess although I could look at it as a challenge to try and punish it.
I personally think the bongcloud is hilarious, and would totally play on.
If I don't feel like playing, then surely I would resign. I find the Bongcloud annoying, but my pet peeve is the Englund gambit. I am known for blocking players who play the Englund gambit against me in blitz/bullet. I find it incredibly annoying...

@Wornaki I hardly ever face the Englund for some reason. Most of my opponents go for the boring, solid queen’s gambit.

I don't resign until I get checkmated. You never know, you might win. Unless you are sure you are going to lose and it will just be a waste of time.
