Under 2700 is garbage chess

It's recreational chess, park chess, trick chess, and many interesting forms of chess.

It is not championship chess.

If either player is under 2700 ignore the game it is meaningless. These games are like playground basketball.

In this way all the women and the junior chess are garbage? xD

The games are irrelevant, the players are not.

Winning at chess isn't that big a deal for popularity that's for sure.
@RoundMoundOfUnsound btw, almost any chess player (at least from candidate master level) can create a masterpiece in a single game. Will this game be a garbage only because it was played by under 2700 player?
Sometimes we get used to the smell of garbage, but hey, as long as we know that we're in garbage on purpose, maybe it's actually possible to have fun!

No qualms from my stinking side.
According to my DWZ I'm a "normal" (not strong) club player. Every of my OTB losses is a true gem (at least to me) for improving my game.
I loved chess when I was a child and I will surely love chess in the future too, even if my rating will stay below my "expectations".

I also benefit from lots of "low rated" or "junior" games by analyzing the mistakes made on my level. For me they are not irrelevant, but the absolute contrary.

One can have his/her own opinion on that topic and that's okay.

Have fun, anyway!
