invisible pawns??

Hi I've played a game where opponent has no pawns... how is this possible? it's the 3rd time it happened to me. I've screenshot the game but how can I show you the screenshot? I was literally playing blind chess without pawns.

Did you try to refresh the page?

how can I add screenshot of picture or post a link? I tried copy and paste. not sure about refreshing screen as game already started... or I'm worried about losing a few seconds in bullet to do so.
