I cannot see the board or pieces

I create a game. When an opponent accepts I cannot proceed and start playing as the the screen is vacant- no pieces and no board are seen. It is a new problem. Everything was fine when i played about a week ago. What to do? Thanks.

Same problem here. But I get warnings for not playing :-((

By me the same i see no pieces??

Even if I try to reset my preferences I still get no pieces or just some pieces. So frustrating -Ithink the only solution is to play on a different site. A great sham because I used to love it here!!

@NastyB7 Which browser and version are you using? Upgrading your browser should fix this.

I upgraded my browser and it still doesn't work I think it could be the operating system I am using windows XP so I think no matter what browser I use it wont work because the new browsers don't like windows XP so if the new browser wont work with windows XP you are not going to solve the problem unless you get a new operating system.

You're still using Windows XP?! Even Microsoft stopped supporting that 5 years ago. You need really do need to update your OS.
