i can certainly see it. ultraconservative russians naming their children "adolf" to honour their putinist ideals, makes total sense to me.

i see a lot of activities on your profile for the last couple of days, so i think you will need to tell us more precisely what you were expecting versus what you are seeing.

there probably is a limit, because there is a limit to everything. but it has to be quite high, i have never heard of anyone hitting it. i wouldn't worry about it.
