Puzzle time

In this position by T.B. Gorgiev, black is clearly a long way ahead in material. Does white have anything worth doing other than resigning...?

My friend, White is losing as there is forced mate which I am able to find easily and therefore White does not have any option other than resigning. So for not wasting time, White should resign because Black's king has route to go ahead and his pieces can easily get out and checkmate poor White king otherwise if black had his king completely blocked and had only pawns to move then in that case it would White who would win....
