Whats the minimum rating difference to get one point?

Ok, so simple answers for a simple man
I can not right now study glicko etc
Is it more than 400 points, 500 points
There seems to be a top ( up or down) where you
can not even grind, not my style.
Example, a bad game of mine

So if I play a grandmaster he does not win any point
I guess after winning, It makes sense.
Simply put there is this characteristic,
You can win a game of chess and not win any point.
0 points (not confuse this with tournament points)
Or it can happen to your opponent as well.
🏆
The question is bad worded
It should be whats the maximum rating difference
that lets you win at least one point (in your rating)
compared with your opponent.
This also means that if you play a player way more
ranked like you, 400 points 500 points and you get
a lucky win for whatever reason, then how many
points you get is there a maximum as well to add
like +15 +20 +30...
????
I assume it just keeps a precise rating, and rounds it up when it displays. So, my rating might be 3999.49, which would display as 3999. If I beat someone rated 500, that might give me an extra 0.01, which takes me to 3999.50, which then rounds to 4000.
I belief it is 300 difference or more that gives no points , correct me if I'm wrong @tpr
