Is there any book that tell some advanced chess rules and principles?

#9 I agree. It really helps to know the key endgame positions and quick rules like Bahr, square of the pawn, floating squares, etc.
Dvoretsky's book is excellent.

I made a quick study with a position from that PDF in #6 and from a position in Dvoretsky's book.
Judging by your rating, you should stick to the basics.
