Easy win for white. Or rather VERY EASY WIN for white with NO CHANCES for black :)
My initial thought was black can break this down into 2 white pass pawns, of which the rook can handle one & the black king blocks the other (good draw chances.) Then at some point I may have sac a bishop (if necessary) to push a pawn.

Looks like black is totally lost in this position.. thought black would have better chances.
your position is so good that you can win without the queenside pawns if you know how to use the bishop pair and the passed pawn.
The bishop pair is too strong, one only rook is very poor in my opinion, also the white side has more pawns and the pawns in the endings are too important
