[Feature Request] Allow bulk PGN import

Anyone switching from another chess site to lichess is switching because of Chess Insights, which is the feature that really sets lichess apart from any other site. However, when you can only import one PGN at a time via copy and paste, and people have thousands of games in archives in various PGN files, it is very disappointing to learn that a person can't analyze all his games in Chess Insights without wasting tons of time in the import screen.

Allowing this feature would also be helpful for the new Opening book database: the more games lichess has to draw upon, the more powerful the database. And the only cost is a little bit of storage space to store the tiny PGN files.

The Insights feature is great, but it is FAR from the only reason to switch to Lichess.

Bobby, I'm saying that the Insights are the best reason to switch because no one else has it. Tactics can be found in books or on other sites, variants too. Insights is super powerful and can only be found here.

There is already such a feature.

Go to your profile page. Near the upper right hand corner, there are four buttons, one of which has a gear symbol. Click the rightmost of these buttons.

Basically, there are many ways to concatenate all the pgn's into one. Then import them at once.

Hah. Nevermind. That's not going to work. I just tried it. Import page only accepts PGN's that have one game in them.

Well then this seems like something that would definitely be worth looking into.

Is there any way to get the admins or the developers to actually look at or respond to these threads?
