just a little bit of wine & brain freeze!!! Why doesn't white move queen to h5 after KN-h4 ?????????????

Because there is Fe2, so if blacks do this, they will exchange a queen vs a piece, and if blacks take the bishop instead move his queen in h5, they will exchange a queen vs 2 pieces, so take the bishop it's a better move than Qh5
